Here we have a list of all the drinks we'll cover in this course. There are a pile more concoctions out there, but this will give you a solid base to then understand where all the cocktail customizations have developed from. Know your essential cocktails first, then build on those essential ingredients. Sometimes the difference in two cocktails is changing a single ingredient. Sometimes it's just glassware or mixing method. Bartenders around the world have been crafting their own cocktails... but always with those essential cocktails in mind.
